Baltic Triangle
The Baltic Triangle (or “The Baltic” to locals) is Liverpool’s vibrant, creative, cultural quarter. An area that used to be old warehouses and factories has been transformed into a thriving social scene where you can shop at vintage markets and independent shops or grab a fresh cup of coffee from a local coffee shop. The Baltic Triangle isn’t just about shopping, eating, and drinking, though. There are plenty of live music venues and summer festivals that visit this lively Liverpool quarter each year.

Comprising a good chunk of Liverpool’s city centre, the Cavern Quarter is home to all things Beatles – it’s even named for them! From the famous Cavern Club to the Liverpool Beatles Museum, to streets named after the Fab Four themselves, a trip to the Cavern Quarter is like a walk through Beatles Village.

Chinatown
Liverpool’s Chinatown was one of the first established in Europe. A large portion of Liverpool’s population is Chinese, and the city is twinned with Shanghai. In Chinatown, you’ll find Chinese and pan-Asian markets and restaurants, as well as a huge festival every February to celebrate Chinese New Year. You can tell when you’re in Chinatown when you see the 13.5-metre-high ceremonial arch, which was imported piece by piece from Shanghai.
