Great student vibe, being so close to the Knowledge Quarter and home to a great close knit student community. Royal Liverpool University Hospital couldn't be closer. For the sporty, check out Jubilee Sports bank and local parks. There's a good selection of proper Liverpudlian pubs, and a choice of eateries and coffee shops from Costa to the McDonalds and a giant LIDL nearby!

A stylish house, refurbished in summer 2022, fully furnished, 5 rooms, big lounge, a kitchen full of kitchen things and a washer and dryer. Interior designed furniture, speedy broadband, flatscreen, and the other good stuff that comes as standard.

HOW CLOSE IS IT TO CAMPUS?
You can walk to Liverpool Uni or John Moores in under 10 mins. A taxi (if you have popped out and it's got a bit late) should be under £10.
